Gentle Flow Yoga – Blanca Wennekes

In this practice I will guide you through deliberate movements by slowing down our pace. This encourages us move mindfully. It gives a pose a chance to work by slowing it down. The foggy mind becomes more focused and alert. And the variety in movements and postures will nurture your muscles, joints and connective tissue.
Each practice you will be invited to take time to arrive on your yoga mat with a short meditation, a warming up, followed by a sequence moving into different postures. Each class we will have a specific theme or focus. This is an accessible practice for all levels.
Besides being a practitioner since 2005, I am trained and certified in Raja Yoga (600 hours). I started teaching part time at the beginning of 2016 and at the end of that same year, after a 20 year corporate career, I felt the desire to quit that career to create space for my life purpose to guide people into more body awareness and vitality through yoga classes, workshops and retreats.
