Healing yoga is about feeling the body and what it needs.
As we learn to speak the language of our body and listen more closely to what it has to say to us, it will lead us on the road to recovery, healing and a happier, healthier and more balanced life in which our energy flows freely.
Yoga for building immunity, flexibility and relaxation. We loosen the back from down to the top by exercises from the kundalini yoga tradition. We dive deep into meditative yoga by different yin-stretches. After a few intense endurance exercises, we end with a meditation.
Eduard is the owner of Natural High Yoga and has many years of experience in yoga and teaching in all kinds of fields. His lessons are about selfhealing. In relaxed contact with the body we learn to feel and to heal.
