At  IN BALANCE  you can enjoy movements from yoga, tai chi and pilates. It is your personal time-out from everyday life and ensures a healthy body and a healthy mind. The aim of the class is to: improve breathing, create peace of mind and body, improve flexibility and increase strength and endurance.

You do simple and safe yoga movements to make your whole body stronger and more flexible. Controlling your breathing is part of all movements and the instructor always gives options for novice participants.

If you’ve never done yoga before, IN BALANCE is a great introduction to this discipline and a great addition to all other sports. The variation in IN BALANCE ensures that people who are already familiar with yoga really enjoy the program.
