I started Kundalini Yoga in 2010. One of my friends invited me to join a lesson, hence I decided to give it a try. Already after this very first lesson I could feel the impact of the intense pranayama exercises. This combination of breathing techniques, exercises and mantras is what makes this type of yoga so interesting. Besides that I really liked the intense group energy during Kundalini yoga sessions, which to me is quite unique and makes you break through personal blocks and barriers, sometimes even faster then you think. “There is a way through every block” is one of the cornerstones of Kundalini Yoga, and I am here to assist and teach people how to use Kundalini yoga techniques to realize their potential and get to know life.
