Wessel Wallert / Wendy Wijnen:
One week Wessel, the other week Wendy
Wessel Wallert: “As with many people who go up the path of self development, my first introduction to Kundalini Yoga came from a personal desire. A desire from a deeper place within myself to make choices and to shape my life. This desire brought me into contact with Kundalini Yoga in 2003. It was a moment of confrontation, recognition, and a deep inner confirmation. After a period of intensive lessons and became acquainted with all aspects of this particular yoga form.
I started in 2005 with the Kundalini Yoga Level 1 Teacher Training. This was followed by the Level 2 continued training and further specializations such as the International Yoga Therapy Training. During this period of training I saw the power and beauty of teaching, where I am focussing on full time since 2006.
As a teacher, trainer and coach I stand for an honest and sincere approach. I am speaking to anyone who wants to make steps in his or her personal development. It is a privilege to be able to accompany and support people. That I can comes from understanding and the depth comes from the inner work that I myself have performed in recent years according to the tradition of Kundalini Yoga.As a full time yoga teacher I am associated with, among other things, Studio BE and Yoga Yoga in Haarlem and Bloemendaal and Lifestyle and Yoga Garden in Amsterdam”.
Wendy Wijnen: “My mission is to inspire a new way of living: to work and live from what you want to bring to the world and to stay connected to yourself and your values”. She makes this mission a reality using a great tool, Yoga. “Through Yoga, you become closer to yourself. It gives you the tools to take responsibility in your professional and personal life”.
As a yoga trainer Wendy’s approaches students in a personal and heartfelt way. She is highly aware of group dynamics, and looks over them as though she is a Shepard. Wendy creates a safe space that allows people to go deep within themselves.
In addition to group trainings, Wendy coaches professionals using Kundalini Coaching techniques. Central to Kundalini Coaching is finding the perfect balance between success, relaxation and meaning in work. The coaching technique argues that only inner success can be a basis for outer success. It will train you to have a better connection to yourself, something essential for optimal performance and reaching one’s potential.
Wendy’s curiosity of people has always prevailed in her studies and work. Wendy’s amazement at the power of questions led her to study journalism and communication studies; she majored in business communication and digital media. worked her career in national and local tv or example Pauw & Witteman. “I have always been asking questions and in coaching I could use my strong suit for the benefit of others. As a teacher and coach the subject just changed from exploring the outside world to exploring the inner world of my students and clients so that they can access their inner resources to gain the results they are looking for.”
